Where are you based? 

We are based in Norwich, Norfolk, UK.

When are items despatched?

Items are despatched ASAP, usually within 2 days of us receiving your order  .If you require an urgent order please contact us at marvellouscatparties@gmail.com and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

What method of postage do you use?

We use royal mail 1st class, or the option of special delivery if required.

Do you ship internationally? 

At present we only to ship to the UK, but we are looking into shipping abroad ASAP.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as direct Paypal account payments

Do I need a Paypal account to purchase from you?

Nope, but if you do have one you can use it as your purchase method.

Who designs your prints? 

Marvellous Cat design all our own themes, making them unique to us.

Can you buy extras for bigger parties? 

Our plates, cups, invites, thank you cards and bunting are all available to buy as add ons, meaning you can create a party for whatever size you wish.

Can I buy the table cloths, balloons or napkins separately?

At this time they are only available to purchase as part of our party box.

What if I change my mind? 

Providing the box is as it was when shipped and has not been used, we can offer a refund within 28 days (return postage is at cost of customer).

Do you organise parties?

Not at present, but if ever want to drop us an email at marvellouscarparties@gmail.com, we always like a chat or to offer ideas!

How do you know so much about parties?

We have four children between us, and previous to this, we both liked a party or two (or three)!

Will you be designing any more themes?

Yes! We are currently working on our next batch of designs – watch this space!
